Current Collective Agreement
The ESP Collective Agreement can be located in two locations: BWDSB Sharepoint and the District 7 ESP website.
To access it in Board Website; you will need to use O365 > Sharepoint > BWDSB Home Site > Staff Resources >
Collective Agreements > OSSTF ESP.

Preparing for Negotiations
The current Collective Agreement expires on August 31, 2026, it remains in effect until a new agreement is negotiated and ratified.
There are two tiers of Bargaining, Central and Local. Items negotiated at the Central Table can not be negotiated at the Local Table.
When updates are received, they will be sent to members via their personal email address.
Please ensure that you have provided an up-to-date email address to Krista McCormick, ESP President at [email protected]
As well, please ensure you have registered on the OSSTF Website, this will allow you to receive up to-date information and access
to the Voting Centre. To register, please click link Create an OSSTF/FEESO account

ESP Negotiations Table Team
The Negotiations Table Team shall consist of the President, Vice President, the Chief Negotiator/Grievance Officer, the Secretary
and up to two (2) additional Executive Member(s).
The Negotiations Table Team may call upon other members to attend negotiations as needed.
Protective Services Committee
The Protective Services Committee shall consist of the President, Vice President, Chief Negotiator/Grievance Officer, and the
five (5) Job Class Representatives and one additional Executive Member.
