STBU Council

The STBU Council consists of

• the Executive (the 6 positions elected at the AGM),
• the Branch Presidents (elected by members at each school or branch), and
• the Officers (who are also elected at the AGM).

The members of the STBU Council represent the membership and determine the actions of the Secondary Teachers’ Bargaining Unit by approving motions at meetings of the STBU Council. 

​The STBU Council meets at least 9 times per year.
