District Council is made up of representatives from each of the five bargaining units in OSSTF District 7: 
  • ESP: Education Support Professionals
  • OPT: Office Professionals & Technicians 
  • OTBU: Occasional Teachers' Bargaining Unit (secondary) 
  • PSSP: Professional Student Services Personnel 
  • TBU: Teachers' Bargaining Unit (secondary) 
District Council consists of up to sixteen voting members, plus up to seven non-voting officers.
