The Educational Support Professionals Bargaining Unit in Bluewater District 7 represents Educational Assistants (EA), Early Childhood Educators (ECE), Outdoor Education Specialists (OES), Vision Student Support (VSS), Sign Language Acquisition Support Workers & Behaviour Intervention Student Supports (BISS), Child and Youth Workers (CYW) and all Temporary members working in these job classes.
Currently, we have 456.8 permanent members and more than 200 temporary members working in English or French Immersion programs in 43 schools across Grey and Bruce Counties as well as the Outdoor Education Centre in Oliphant. |
This year's annual general meeting was held on May 20th, 2026 at Stone Tree Golf and Fitness. Thank you to the members who were able to attend the night's meeting and festivities. Special shout out to two of our retirees Krystal Wirkkunen and MaryAnn Alexander who were in attendance that evening. Check out those big retirement smiles in the pictures below! Looking forward to seeing as may members possible next year at the AGM!
