The PSSP Bargaining Unit represents professionals that work to support the educational programming and well-being of students in Bluewater schools. Currently 27 full and part time staff, from a range of professional backgrounds, work together with students, families, school teams and community partners, to support academic, behavioral and emotional success for students. Positions with the Bargaining unit include: Attendance Counsellor, Behaviour Expertise Professional, Mental Health Lead, Mental Health Worker, Psychologist, Psychometrist, Speech and Language Pathologist, Student Support Liaison and Specialized Equipment and Technology Assistant. As itinerant staff, PSSP members travel across the district to ensure that services and supports are accessible to students in all 48 Bluewater schools.
