smartfind procedure
Here are the instructions for SmartFind access:
Please be advised that our SmartFindExpress substitute calling system has now been upgraded to the latest version.
If you are not logged into the board O365 site, you will still click on 'Microsoft', then you will need to enter your [email protected] plus AD active directory password that you use for your board login.
If you are having difficulty with your O365 password/cannot recall your AD password, you may need to reset it. To reset your password, use this link https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
If you continue to have issues, you can contact the ICT Help Desk for further assistance with resetting your AD password at toll-free 1-866-538-0575.
Your existing access ID and PIN will still continue to be used for the phone functionality of Smartfind only.
To change your PIN used for the phone only, login to Smartfind via the web. In the top right corner, click on Profile, Personal Information. Click on the PIN radio button, then key in your new PIN and confirm. (do not change O365 Password here – it must be done as mentioned above)
Note: Internet Explorer is no longer supported by the software provider, therefore users will not be able to log into SFE using the Internet Explorer browser. Chrome is the recommended web browser.
